Requirements :
- 5 years of experience in data architecture or senior data engineering roles
- Strong experience designing data platforms on Azure (beyond just data lakes)
- Design and architect scalable, secure, high-performing data platforms across Azure and hybrid environments
- Own architectural standards for data ingestion, modeling, transformation, storage, and access
- Lead cloud-first architecture efforts, including Azure Data Lakes, storage, and Microsoft Fabric connectivity
- Define and implement architectural patterns for batch, streaming, and API-based integrations
- Develop the long-term roadmap for lakehouse, warehouse, and semantic layers
- Hands-on experience with lakehouse and warehouse technologies (e.g., Azure, Databricks, Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric)
- Deep understanding of enterprise data integration patterns
- Strong systems-thinking and ability to design long-term architectural roadmaps
- Experience designing lakehouse architectures using Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, or Snowflake
- Experience supporting enterprise analytics platforms, including semantic models and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
- Familiarity with NERC and FERC environments (preferred, not required)
- Experience partnering with data governance teams, data stewards, and business stakeholders
