Tek-Pro Commercial Roofing is growing and looking for experienced installers to help with reroof & new construction projects. Tek-Pro delivers the highest quality roofs for educational facilities, restaurants, retail, and municipalities.
The Ideal Candidate is someone who:
- Takes pride in the quality of their work; doesn't cut corners, or do things intentionally wrong to finish the work faster. Goes above and beyond by installing materials exactly to specification.
- Is reliable; shows up on time and works with the crew until the day is finished.
- Is proactive; doesn't need to be consistently told what to do next.
- Is experienced; doesn't need to be taught how to install TPO, PVC, or EPDM systems.
- Is positive; doesn't spread negativity about other crew members or the tasks at hand.
Experience
- Proven experience in commercial roofing with a strong understanding of single-ply roofing systems.

Tek-Pro entrega los techos de más alta calidad para instituciones educativas, restaurantes, comercios minoristas y municipios.
El Candidato Ideal es alguien que:
- Se enorgullece de la calidad de su trabajo; no toma atajos ni hace las cosas incorrectamente para terminar más rápido. Va más allá al instalar los materiales exactamente conforme a las especificaciones.
- Es confiable; llega a tiempo y trabaja con la cuadrilla hasta que la jornada termina.
- Es proactivo; no necesita que constantemente le digan cuál es la siguiente tarea.
- Tiene experiencia; no necesita que le enseñen cómo instalar sistemas TPO, PVC o EPDM.
- Tiene una actitud positiva; no genera negatividad ni habla mal de otros miembros de la cuadrilla o de las tareas asignadas.
Experiencia
- Experiencia comprobada en techado comercial, con un sólido conocimiento de los sistemas de techado de membrana monocapa (single-ply roofing systems).
Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
