Job Overview
We are seeking 4–5 experienced Medical Collectors to support an urgent EPIC go-live project. Candidates with EPIC/EPIC Hyperspace experience are strongly preferred, though individuals with solid insurance collections backgrounds will also be considered. This is a high-priority, fast turnaround project requiring onsite presence in Costa Mesa.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage collections for patient or insurance accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Utilize EPIC/EPIC Hyperspace to review and manage receivables (preferred but not required if strong insurance collections background).
- Partner with patients, insurance providers, and internal staff to resolve outstanding balances.
- Support the EPIC system go-live by maintaining smooth workflows and timely collections.
- Comply with HIPAA and other healthcare regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- 2 years of collections experience (medical collections or insurance collections).
- EPIC/EPIC Hyperspace experience strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of medical billing, insurance claim resolution, and account follow-up.
- Candidates with recently completed background and compliance screenings are strongly preferred (expedited onboarding available).
Salary : $26 - $30
