The role focuses on building scalable applications, workflow automation, analytics, and distributed systems using modern technologies and cloud platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop scalable full-stack applications Contribute to architecture and distributed system designTranslate business requirements into technical solutionsManage delivery planning, estimation, and prioritization Work with AI-assisted development tools and modern engineering practicesCollaborate with engineering, QA, and operations teamsEnsure secure deployments, monitoring, and performance optimizationCommunicate project updates, risks, and solutions to stakeholders Mentor team members through code reviews and technical guidance Drive continuous improvement and adopt emerging technologies
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field10 years of experience building enterprise applicationsStrong Golang backend development experienceExperience with React or Angular frontend technologiesExpertise in scalable and fault-tolerant system designExperience with NoSQL databases, preferably MongoDBStrong understanding of cloud-native and distributed architecturesHands-on experience with AWS or similar cloud platformsExperience with CI/CD pipelines and version control toolsStrong analytical, communication, and leadership skillsExperience working in Agile/Scrum environments
