5 years of experience in Supplier Development, Supplier Quality, Supply Chain, or Logistics
Automotive manufacturing experience preferred
Experience managing supplier performance, delivery issues, and supply chain disruptions
Strong root cause analysis, crisis management, and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement
Excellent communication skills and willingness to travel as needed
