We're seeking an experienced Learning & Development Trainer to design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs for diverse audiences across the organization. This role will facilitate both in-person and virtual instructor-led training, conduct needs assessments, evaluate learning effectiveness, and partner with business stakeholders to create impactful training solutions. The ideal candidate has strong experience with instructional design, classroom facilitation, learning management systems, content development, and strategic training initiatives.
