IT Support Technician
Location: Hopkins, SC 29061 (Onsite)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (some flexibility)
Duration: 6–12 months with potential for extension or full-time conversion
Start Date: ASAP

We are hiring an IT Support Technician to join a fast-paced support team providing hands-on technical assistance in a 24/7 operational environment. This role is ideal for someone with strong troubleshooting skills and experience supporting end users across a variety of hardware and software issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide onsite and remote desktop support to end users, including those working remotely
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Respond to escalated incidents as well as support requests via phone, email, and chat
- Monitor systems to ensure continuous IT support and quickly address any disruptions
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and telephones
- Perform PC imaging (Windows 10 required) and device setup
- Assist with setup, testing, maintenance, configuration, and troubleshooting of IT equipment
- Support hardware/software installations and answer routine technical questions
- Contribute to ongoing IT projects and tasks while following established procedures
Required Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with Windows 10 imaging and desktop support
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience supporting a variety of end-user devices and peripherals
- Ability to manage multiple support requests in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
