We are excited to open a full-time onsite position for an experienced 2nd Line Support Resource in Andover, US!
💰 Target Rate: USD 4,500
📍 Location: Andover, US (Onsite – Full-Time)

🔧 Scope of Work
Provide 2nd-level technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices & peripherals
Troubleshoot and resolve escalated hardware, software, network & security issues
Manage tickets in the ITSM system with complete documentation
Perform user account management (AD, Exchange, Office 365)
Support installations, configurations & upgrades of hardware/software
Assist in patch management & endpoint security compliance
Provide hands-on support for meeting rooms & VC systems
Ensure adherence to ITIL processes (Incident, Problem & Change Management)
🎓 Required Skills & Experience
2–4 years of IT support experience in enterprise environments
Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, Active Directory, Networking (LAN/WAN, VPN)
Experience with endpoint security, antivirus & patch management
Excellent communication & customer service skills
ITIL Foundation certification (preferred)
