We are seeking a skilled and self-motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team at a premier assisted living facility in Hunterdon County. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in a variety of construction and maintenance tasks, including carpentry, drywall, painting, door hardware, electrical, plumbing, and concrete work. A solid understanding of general repair and maintenance is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance to ensure the facility's safety and functionality.
- Troubleshoot and repair issues related to carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and other systems.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and staff.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in construction and/or facility maintenance.
- Proficiency in carpentry, drywall, painting, door hardware, electrical, plumbing, and concrete work.
