Position Overview:Tejas Motors is looking for a motivated Assistant Collections Manager to help lead our collections department. This role supports the Collections Manager in overseeing delinquent accounts, managing workflows, and ensuring timely payments — all while maintaining strong and respectful customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Collections Manager with daily operations and staff coordination
- Review delinquent accounts and develop effective repayment strategies
- Communicate with clients to resolve billing or payment concerns
- Generate, review, and analyze collection performance reports
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards
- Provide training and support for collections team members

Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in collections, credit, or a related field
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proficient in Excel and CRM/collections software
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
- (Preferred) Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
