Job Descriptions
Answer incoming and make outgoing calls. Process daily insurance mail, changes to, reinstatement of, and cancellation of insurance certificates. Duties include reviewing insurance policies to ensure that adequate insurance exists for the property and/or collateral. Working with and communicating with insurance clerks in client financial institutions to maintain current loan files, answer questions and resolve customer or policy issues. Compile data and reports for client insurance departments, loan officers, management and carriers on insurance policy changes. Changing policy records to conform to insured party's specifications, compiling data on lapsed insurance policies to determine automatic reinstatement according to company policies, canceling insurance policies as requested by agents, and verifying the accuracy of insurance company records. Communicate with insurance agents to acquire necessary policy information. Prepare correspondence with borrowers to request insurance information or inform them of the placement of a certificate of insurance on their property.

- Role Essentials
- High School diploma.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Foxit
- Type minimum of 40 wpm.
- Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with internal and external partners
- Strong data entry skills
- Ability to maintain a detail-oriented focus in a fast-paced environment .
Role Desirables
- Experience in lender based insurance programs
- Bachelors Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
- Property and Casualty Agent License

Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
