Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of public accounting tax experience
- Strong experience preparing and reviewing individual, partnership, S corporation, and corporate tax returns
- Experience with tax planning and client communication
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- CPA license preferred
- Ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines independently
