Host

Teikoku, part of WIN Hospitality restaurant group, is seeking a Host/Hostess to join our growing Front-of-House Team.

The ideal candidate is able to work some dinner shifts Monday to Friday with a Weekend availability. We are looking for people who exhibit genuine hospitality, positive attitude, strong communication skills and can handle multi-tasking with grace and composure.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Meets and greets guests as they arrive, escorts them to tables, and presents menus.
• Promptly answers the Restaurant telephone within three rings using the correct daytime greeting and proper telephone etiquette.
• Assists in maintaining an open line of communications between guests, management and team member.
• Takes Take our orders over telephone and relays orders to Kitchen

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Able to communicate effectively with the guests, team members and public and managers.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to recite and promote a variety of menu items.
• Able to effectively deal with customer complaints and concerns in a friendly and positive manner. This involves listening to the nature of the concern demonstrating empathy with the guest and providing positive and proactive solutions.
• Must be available for dinner shifts throughout the week.
• Resy knowledge is a plus
