What are the responsibilities and job description for the MSP Technician 3 position at Tegrity Data Systems LLC?
We are looking for a competent Tier 2 or 3 Technician to provide fast and useful technical assistance. You will answer support requests on technical issues and resolve them in a timely manner. You must have good technical knowledge and be able to communicate effectively to understand the problem and determine its solution. Pay will be based on a combination of Initiative, Experience and Knowledge.

Responsibilities and Duties
Understand O365 Products and Hosted Exchange
Active Directory User Management
Install and Manage Anti-Virus solutions
Perform remote troubleshooting
Use an RMM to be proactive to our customers needs
Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by the customer
Provide accurate information on IT products or services
Record events and problems and their resolution in logs
Follow-up on any reported issues and confirm problem has been resolved
System Admin experience a plus!
Network Admin experience a plus!
Help Desk experience a plus!
Qualifications and Skills
Ability to meet deadlines and manage stress effectively in high pressure situations.
Strong sense of discretion and confidentiality required.
Excellent problem solving skills.
Strong understanding of Windows servers and workstations.
Proven experience as a help desk technician or other customer support role is a plus.
Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products.
Ability to diagnose and resolve advanced technical issues.
Proficiency in English.
Excellent communication skills.
Customer-oriented and cool-tempered.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour

- Monday to Friday
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
