Job Summary:
The Maintenance Specialist will be responsible for the upkeep and repair of various industrial equipment, ensuring seamless operations at our power generation facility. This role involves hands-on maintenance, troubleshooting, and installation of new parts to guarantee optimal performance.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of mechanical systems, diesel engines, and control systems. Experience with heavy machinery, oil and gas operations, and CAT engines is highly desirable.
- Maintenance Responsibilities:
- Clean, maintain, and repair natural gas power generation facilities outfitted with CAT engines, generators, heat recovery steam generators (HRSG), and associated electrical and mechanical equipment.
- Perform on-call duties as needed to respond to alarms and shutdowns after hours and weekends.
- Inform supervisors or other authorities of facility maintenance and operating problems.
- Assist in determining necessary repairs, inventory, and replacement parts required for maintenance and repairs.
