What You’ll Do
✅ Lead prototype-to-production transfers and production line duplication
✅ Collaborate with Development, Quality, Operations, and Materials teams
✅ Drive serial production release and ramp-up
✅ Support laser welding and cutting process development
✅ Manage continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives
✅ Oversee validation protocols and quality documentation
What We’re Looking For
🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
📈 2 years in medical device manufacturing (Class II & III devices)
💡 Experience with laser technology
🛠 Strong project management and hands-on approach
📐 Familiarity with Microsoft Project and CAD preferred
