WTOL 11 is seeking a Local Sales Manager to drive daily revenue performance with a strong focus on digital, CTV, streaming, and new business growth. This is a hands-on leadership role centered on coaching, accountability, and execution.
Responsibilities
$95,000—$115,000 USD

Responsibilities
- Drive daily sales activity, including client meetings, pipeline growth, and new business
- Enforce digital-first selling behavior across all proposals and client strategies
- Coach Account Executives on prospecting, discovery, and integrated selling
- Lead weekly pipeline reviews and performance conversations
- Participate in client meetings to support closing and strategy
- Partner with digital and Premion teams to build effective proposals
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Create a high-performance, accountable sales culture
- 5–7 years of media sales experience
- Strong performance as a seller or emerging leader
- Experience selling or supporting digital, CTV, or streaming solutions
- Ability to drive activity and accountability
- Strong communication and coaching skills
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Desire to grow into senior leadership roles
