What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part Time Leasing Agent position at TEF Inc?
Large apartment community is currently seeking an outgoing individual to fill our part time leasing agent position.
This position would be working a maximum of 24 hours a week Monday - Friday.
Basic responsibilities would be: Answering calls, property tours, follow up by phone or email, marketing throughout the surrounding area, involvement in resident retention activities, and leasing apartments.
Qualifications Required: Outgoing personality, punctuality, team player, computer knowledge, good organizational skills, ability to multi-task.
