What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of Development position at TeenPact?
WHO WE ARE
TeenPact Leadership Schools exists to inspire youth in their relationship with Christ, training students to embrace a biblical worldview and live as Christ-centered servant leaders who boldly engage culture, civics, and government for the glory of God. Our mission is unapologetically gospel-centered: through prayer, God's Word, and Christian community, we seek to disciple the next generation. Every member of our team affirms TeenPact’s Statement of Faith, demonstrates a mature and growing relationship with Jesus Christ, participates actively in a local church, and invests personally in discipling youth. Prospective applicants should consider whether they resonate deeply with this calling, share our theological commitments, and desire to steward their professional gifts in a ministry environment that values spiritual formation as highly as organizational excellence. If this describes you, TeenPact may be a strong fit.
