About Teen Lifeline

Teen Lifeline’s mission is to prevent teen suicide in Arizona by enhancing resiliency in youth and fostering supportive communities. This shapes the work we have done for more than 40 years, providing connection, hope, and support to Arizona youth through our peer-to-peer crisis services, suicide prevention education and community outreach, Life Skills development program for teen volunteers, and the Caring Contacts program supporting teens following a psychiatric emergency.

We care deeply about the young people and communities we serve, and we bring that same compassion and respect to our relationships with one another.

As an organization, we are committed to continually learning and improving while staying grounded in our mission. We want employees to feel supported in bringing ideas forward, challenging existing processes when something can be better, collaborating across departments, and helping one another succeed.

We value people who approach their work with integrity, curiosity, and a willingness to listen; who remain adaptable and resilient when circumstances change; and who create space for different perspectives, ideas, and experiences.
