What are the responsibilities and job description for the Teen Program Coordinator position at Teen Action & Support Center (TASC)?
Teen Action Support Center (TASC) is Northwest Arkansas' leading teen-focused nonprofit. Our mission is supporting teens on their journey to becoming the best version of themselves. We promote whole teen
well-being through a positive youth development framework. Our services include a combination of low-to-no cost support resources and free after-school activities.
As our programs continue to grow, we are expanding our team. All current programming staff will remain in place, and we’re thrilled to add a new coordinator to support the increasing demand for our services.
TASC’s Program Coordinator is a part-time position that works across NWA (primarily our Rogers & Springdale teen centers) planning and facilitating teen after-school programs. The Program Coordinator directly reports to the Director of Youth Empowerment Programs and works closely with the Manager of Youth Empowerment Programs, other Program Coordinators, and interns. This is an in-person, part-time position. Position typically works between the hours of 12 - 9 p.m. Holidays paid. Not eligible for benefits.
