Our client, a chemical formulator, is looking to add a Solutions Manager. They seek a personable and highly inquisitive problem solver to serve their existing clients. In this role, you will:
- build relationship through trust and confidentiality
- conduct field investigations with existing clients
- identify and meet with new/prospective clients
- identify the clients' problems that need to be solved & relay to internal teams of scientists
- work remotely from home but travel 30-50% within the NE region
Although there is a commission component to the compensation, this is NOT a sales role - no sales targets to meet - sales background is undesirable & the opposite of what this role requires. This position is highly relational/consultative in nature. The ideal candidate will come from a service industry and possess the following characteristics:

Due to the confidential nature of this work, candidates will be required to sign a non-disclosure agreement and must have a clean credit/drug/criminal background.
You must have a valid driver’s license and be able to legally cross the Canada/USA border. All candidates must be legally able to work in the United States. Visa Sponsorship is not available.
Base salary range is $70-80K. Commission is uncapped and includes residual sales leading to income potential of $170K .
