Position overview:
- Handle a broad range of business and governance matters for tribal clients and affiliated enterprises
- Prepare and negotiate contracts and other transactional documents
- Counsel clients regarding organizational, operational, regulatory, and commercial matters
- Assist with business-development projects and strategic initiatives
- Work closely with a partner and experienced associates
- Primarily transactional practice with adjunct litigation work; *prior civil litigation experience required
- Approximately 80% transactional / 20% litigation
Compensation & benefits:
- Base salary up to $150k DOE bonus
