Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join a collaborative healthcare team in a professional clinical setting. The Nurse Practitioner will provide high-quality, patient-centered care while working closely with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to assess, diagnose, treat, and manage patients.

- 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
What you will be doing:
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical histories and physical examinations.
- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic health conditions within the NP scope of practice.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment and care plans.
- Order, perform, and interpret appropriate diagnostic tests, laboratory studies, and imaging.
- Prescribe medications and other treatments in accordance with state regulations and clinical guidelines.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
- Provide patient and family education regarding diagnoses, medications, treatment plans, preventive care, and ongoing health management.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, specialists, and other members of the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
- Coordinate referrals and follow-up care when additional specialty services are required.
- Maintain timely, accurate, and thorough documentation in the electronic medical record.
- Follow established clinical protocols, quality standards, and patient safety requirements.
- Participate in care coordination and other clinical initiatives as needed.
What you must have:
- Current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in the state of WA.
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
- Current national board certification as a Nurse Practitioner.
- Current BLS certification.
- Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient-care skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple patient-care priorities.
- Experience with electronic medical record systems preferred.
