Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Occupational Health | Contract Role
Location: Employee Health Center in Vance, Alabama
Schedule: Monday to Wednesday, 5:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Contract Length: 16 Weeks (05/12/25 – 08/27/25)
We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 16-week contract position at a leading employer-based health center in Vance, Alabama. This role is ideal for nurses with a passion for occupational health and wellness in a fast-paced clinical setting.
Position Highlights:
3-day work week (Monday through Wednesday)
Day shift: 5:30 AM – 6:30 PM (30-minute meal break)
Supportive, team-based environment
No weekend or holiday shifts

Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care in accordance with scope of practice
Assist in health screenings, routine exams, and follow-ups
Support the clinical team with documentation, vital signs, and care coordination
Maintain accurate medical records using EMR systems

Qualifications:
Active LVN/LPN license in the state of Alabama
BLS certification with AHA(required)
Prior experience in occupational health, ambulatory care, or primary care (preferred)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a clinical setting
Additional Details:
This is a non-permanent contract position, but extensions or perm employment is possible
No guaranteed hours, but consistent scheduling expected
