Key Responsibilities
Prepare, clean, braze, and weld aircraft-related components and assemblies
Complete precision welding using TIG, MIG, oxy-fuel, and approved aerospace welding methods
Build and modify tooling, fixtures, and fabricated metal parts
Interpret engineering drawings, maintenance documentation, work instructions, and compliance standards
Maintain accurate repair and inspection records in accordance with aviation requirements
Assist with inventory and procurement of welding materials and shop supplies
Experience Levels
Welder II
2 years of welding or metal fabrication experience in aviation, manufacturing, or industrial settings
Comfortable handling day-to-day welding and repair assignments independently
Qualifications
Previous experience working with aircraft, turbine, or other high-tolerance components required
Ability to pass and maintain aerospace welding certifications
High school diploma or GED required
Valid driver’s license required
Able to lift up to 75 lbs and work in a production/shop environment
Open to overtime, weekend work, and occasional travel when needed
