What You’ll Do
Serve as the patient advocate throughout the surgical experience
Coordinate care during procedures and ensure patient safety
Verify correct patient, procedure, and surgical site
Maintain sterile field and perform surgical counts
Administer medications and monitor patient response
Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia, and OR team
What You Need
Active Oregon RN License
BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC required
OR Circulator experience preferred (new grads welcome)
Strong critical thinking and communication skills
