Seeking a dynamic Regional Clinical Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across multiple locations. As a key member of the leadership team, you will manage front line clinical and administrative staff, coordinate closely with physicians and stakeholders, and ensure that every clinic operates efficiently, compliantly, and with patient care at the center of every decision.

Key Responsibilities
Operational Oversight
Lead daily clinic operations, ensuring seamless patient flow, efficient scheduling, and exceptional staff coordination.
Serve as the operational liaison between physicians, clinic teams, external vendors, and hospital systems.
Drive quality improvement initiatives, policy implementation, and workflow optimization across multiple locations.
Monitor clinic performance metrics (e.g., patient volumes, wait times, provider documentation) and provide actionable insights to leadership.
Manage vendor relationships, including supplies, imaging services, and Durable Medical Equipment (DME), ensuring service standards and compliance are met.
Maintain and manage scheduling templates, capacity planning, and resource utilization to support patient throughput and access.
Implement new programs, systems, or workflows in collaboration with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and all federal and state healthcare regulations.
Directly manage a team of 8–10 clinical and administrative staff, including Medical Assistants, Front Office Coordinators, and Surgery Schedulers.
Support staffing for 5–6 providers, ensuring optimal provider-to-staff ratios.
Conduct regular 1:1s, staff evaluations, and team-building initiatives to foster a high-performance culture.
Collaborate with physicians to ensure clinic schedules run smoothly and patient needs are fully met.
Serve as the key point of contact for operational concerns and patient escalations.
Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Public Health, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in clinical operations or practice management, preferably within multi-specialty, orthopedic, or ambulatory surgery center (ASC) settings.
Proven experience managing clinical staff and partnering effectively with providers.
Strong track record implementing operational improvements and managing compliance.
Prior experience overseeing multiple clinic locations.
Excellent organizational, time management, and leadership skills.
Proficient with EMRs, scheduling systems, and clinical workflow optimization.
Strong interpersonal communication and conflict resolution abilities.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and act on operational KPIs.
Desired Qualifications
Advanced degree (MBA, MHA, MPH, or equivalent) is preferred.
Experience in orthopedic or musculoskeletal care is a plus.
Background in overseeing vendor relationships and DME programs is desirable.
Familiarity with value-based care or wellness-oriented clinic models is a bonus.

Work type: Full-time, on-site (with regional responsibilities across multiple clinics)
Schedule: 40 hours/week
