Must have wage practice law experience as a paralegal!!!
Responsibilities
Assist in drafting and reviewing wage law compliance documents.
Participate in professional development and training opportunities.
Conduct legal research on wage law regulations and updates.
Monitor changes in wage law and advise the team accordingly.
Prepare case files and organize documentation for legal proceedings.
Collaborate with attorneys to develop strategies for wage law cases.
Support the team in achieving performance targets and metrics.
Maintain accurate records of case progress and deadlines.
Communicate with clients regarding case updates and requirements.
Engage in team meetings to discuss case strategies and updates.
Assist in preparing for depositions and court appearances.
Utilize technology to streamline legal processes and documentation.
Experience/Qualifications
Experience in wage law compliance and legal documentation.
Must have 5 years of wage practice experience
Strong research skills for analyzing wage law regulations.
Eagerness to engage in professional development opportunities.
Track record of achieving performance targets in a team environment.
Ability to collaborate effectively with attorneys and team members.
Excellent communication skills for client interactions and updates.
Ability to monitor and advise on changes in wage law.
Proficiency in utilizing legal technology for documentation.
Strong organizational skills for managing case files and deadlines.
Experience in preparing for depositions and court appearances.
Hybrid 3 days in office and 2 days remote.
