Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and patient-focused Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join a busy primary care/urgent care practice in Brooklyn, NY. The provider will deliver comprehensive patient care to patients of all ages while working collaboratively with physicians and clinical staff in a fast-paced outpatient environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments, evaluations, and physical exams

• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions

• Order and interpret diagnostic testing and labs

• Prescribe medications and treatment plans

• Perform routine follow-up care and patient education

• Document patient encounters accurately within EMR

• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary staff

• Maintain high-quality patient-centered care

Requirements

• Active New York FNP License

• Minimum 1 year of Nurse Practitioner experience required

• Strong primary care or urgent care background preferred

• Excellent communication and clinical decision-making skills

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
