Line Cook

Introduction:

We are seeking a talented and dedicated Line Cook to join our culinary team at TeeBox Indoor Golf Club. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This role involves preparing high-quality dishes, maintaining a clean and organized workstation, and collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and portion ingredients, including chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and making sauces.
• Cook and plate dishes according to menu specifications, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, including proper storage of ingredients and cleaning of workstations, dishes, and utensils.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth operations.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene protocols.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the kitchen leadership team.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a line cook or in a similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Solid understanding of basic cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Basic math skills for portioning and recipe adjustments.
