We specialize in providing high-quality flooring solutions for builders, property managers, and commercial spaces. Responsibilities:
- Install various types of flooring, including hardwood, laminate, vinyl plank, tile, and carpet, for residential and commercial projects.
- Prepare installation sites, including surface cleaning, leveling, and removal of old flooring materials.
- Measure, cut, and fit flooring materials with precision, ensuring a seamless finish.
- Use tools, adhesives, and equipment safely and effectively to complete installations.
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure job specifications are met.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site, adhering to company and safety standards.
- Address any on-site issues professionally and provide solutions to meet customer expectations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Flooring Installer, particularly in residential or commercial projects.
- Strong knowledge of various flooring materials and installation techniques.
- Physical strength and stamina to lift, move, and handle heavy materials and equipment.
- Excellent attention to detail and precision.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- High school diploma or equivalent; professional certifications are a plus.
