Warehouse Parts/Sales Associate

Tedom USA Inc is a business located in Whitehall Township, PA. We are the US division of a large International Generator Manufacturing Company that provides Sales, Parts Distribution and Maintenance and Repair Services for our Generators across the country and Canada. We are currently looking for a Parts, Sales and Warehouse Associate. The Job responsibilities are but not limited to:

Responsibilities:

· Work independently to put away stock, compile and ship orders.

· Maintaining/growing existing customer relationships and work with outside sales to develop new accounts.

· Providing prompt response to customer requests for product, pricing, delivery, and technical information.

· Research parts specifications and sourcing options.

· Contacting customers by phone and other direct marketing methods to increase sales.

· Get certified on multiple pieces of industrial equipment, such as a Forklift.

· Maintenance of customer, vendor, and product information to support sales efforts.

· Provide inventory ordering and warehouse assistance as needed.

· Develop product knowledge through involvement in Company and vendor sponsored training programs.

· Contribute to our industry-leading warehouse safety record.

· Other tasks as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

· High school diploma or equivalent.

· Forklift Experience is required; certification preferred.

· Desire to work in a fast-paced, organized and positive warehouse environment.

· Ability to frequently lift, push, and slide packages that typically weigh up to 50 lbs, and may weigh up to 70 lbs.

· Ability to work full-time, 40 hours per week.

· Attention to detail and good time management skills.
