What are the responsibilities and job description for the Filler/Labeler Day Shift position at TEDIA COMPANY LLC?
Position Summary:
The filler/labeler is responsible for filling container and labeling the container. They are also responsible for following customer work standards as well as safety procedures.
Essential Duties:
- Follow safety rules and work safely.
- Fill liquid and solid products into containers.
- Label and over-pack products ready for shipping.
- Follow filling and labeling work instructions as described on the Bill of Materials.
- Correctly record information on the filling/labeling work order after completing the task.
- Record packaging information and finished goods into RTI system.
- Purge, fill and pressurize cyclotrimers
- Fill liquid and solid products into containers
- Correctly record information on the Filling/Labeling work order after completing the task
- Verify customer work standards are being followed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Success Criteria:
- Right First time above 95%.
- 0 label errors
- 0 documentation error
- Fill bottles within appropriate time limits.
Supervisory Responsibility:
This position does not have supervisory responsibility.
Required Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- Able to read and understand a filling/labeling work order and instructions and carry out the work accordingly
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Manufacturing experience

- Must be able to work in hot/cold environment
- Able to wear respirator. safety shoes, goggles and/or safety glasses.
