- Assist the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and educational activities
- Support students in their learning and development, providing individualized attention and guidance
- Help maintain a safe and positive classroom environment
- Assist with behavior management strategies to promote a productive learning atmosphere
- Collaborate with the lead teacher to assess student progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians
- Assist in the preparation of materials and resources for classroom activities
- Supervise students during recess, lunchtime, and other non-instructional periods
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices
- Familiarity with literacy education techniques and curriculum development
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and students
- Ability to adapt to different learning styles and provide individualized support to students
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in early childhood education or related field preferred
