Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Repack Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sorting, inspecting, repacking, labeling, and preparing items for shipment while maintaining quality, food safety, and productivity standards. The ideal candidate is dependable, works well in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to delivering high-quality products to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect incoming and outgoing product for quality, freshness, and damage.
- Sort, grade, and repack items according to customer specifications.
- Apply labels, stickers, and packaging materials accurately.
- Maintain product traceability and inventory accuracy.
- Remove damaged or spoiled items and report quality concerns to supervisors.
- Build and stack pallets according to shipping requirements.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with food safety standards.
- Follow company policies, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and safety procedures.
- Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned.
- Meet daily productivity and quality goals.
Qualifications Required:
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
- Ability to work in refrigerated warehouse environments.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Preferred:
- Previous warehouse, produce handling, food processing, or packaging experience.
- Familiarity with food safety standards and quality control procedures.
Working Conditions
- Fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Exposure to cold temperatures in refrigerated storage areas.
- Frequent lifting, carrying, bending, and standing.
- Overtime and weekend work may be required.
