Position Overview:
The Fulfillment Associate is responsible for fulfilling e-commerce orders for a luxury watch brand. Candidates in this role must have a strong attention to detail and ability to uphold brand standards. This is a full-time onsite position at our North Olmsted operation and requires the candidate to be on location in our office Monday-Friday from 9-5pm, with the possibility of extended hours during peak times.
Responsibilities:
- Process incoming orders
- Package orders neatly and securely
- Inspect products for damage or defects
- Unload and organize products into storage areas
- Load and unload shelves
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Quality control inspection of all outgoing products, as well as incoming returned items
- Partner with Inventory Coordinator to ensure correct items are shipped to customers in a timely manner
Requirements:
- Must have a high-school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to securely package high-value orders in a fast-paced environment without sacrificing quality or accuracy
- Must be able to read and understand documents such as packing lists, invoices and inventory reports
- High level of integrity
- Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks to achieve departmental goals
