Role Description
This is a contract remote role for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The CFO will oversee and drive the financial strategy of the company, managing financial planning, budgeting, and financial reporting processes. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and analyzing financial statements, offering strategic recommendations, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The CFO will also collaborate with key stakeholders to support decision-making by providing financial insights and analytical expertise.

- Proven Analytical Skills to assess and interpret financial data accurately
- Ability to manage budgets and identify opportunities for efficiency
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills for guiding financial teams and engaging stakeholders
- Experience with compliance, risk management, and regulatory standards
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or CFA certification is a plus
