The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing and repairing plumbing systems in commercial and residential settings.
Duties
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in accordance with relevant codes
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine the layout of plumbing systems
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and pipe threading equipment to complete projects
- Perform heavy lifting and assembly of pipes and fittings
- Conduct inspections to identify issues and troubleshoot plumbing systems
- Collaborate with other construction professionals on-site
- Drive commercial vehicles to transport materials and equipment
Skills
- Mechanical knowledge to understand plumbing systems
- Experience with heavy lifting required for moving equipment and materials
- Maintenance Person skills for various repair tasks
- Proficiency in construction plumbing techniques
- Familiarity with power tools
- Proficient in using hand tools for precise work
- Knowledge of pipe threading methods for secure connections
- Strong ability to assemble, install, and repair plumbing fixtures
- Commercial driving experience is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
