Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist with pawn transactions, including appraisals, sales, and purchases
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cash handling, sales processing, and record keeping
- Conduct product demos and explain merchandise features to customers to encourage sales and upselling opportunities
- Manage inventory by merchandising displays, and organizing merchandise for easy access
- Assist with product demos and educate customers on store offerings to enhance their shopping experience
- Proficiency with POS systems and cash register operations for efficient transactions
- Bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse customer groups are a plus
- Strong communication skills to engage customers confidently and clearly explain products or policies
- Knowledge of retail math for accurate cash handling, pricing, and inventory management
- Lift 40lbs
- Must be able to pass a background check
Experience in retail sales environments is advantageous
- Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly and accurately during transactions
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Demonstrated phone etiquette for professional communication with clients and vendors
