Responsibilities
- Assist installers and technicians with HVAC system installations, maintenance, and repairs.
- Learn to troubleshoot issues and support in diagnosing problems.
- Provide support during service calls and customer interactions.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in clean and organized condition.
- Follow safety procedures and company standards at all times.
- Demonstrate professionalism and integrity when representing Ted’s.
- Actively participate in training and mentorship opportunities to build technical knowledge.
- No prior HVAC experience or licensure required.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Desire to learn and grow within the HVAC trade.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred.
- Ability to work as part of a team and take direction.
- Physical ability to perform job duties (lifting, climbing, working in confined spaces).
