Responsibilities
- Meet with clients and guide them through the design process
- Survey job sites and gather accurate measurements
- Create landscape plans, sketches, and renderings
- Prepare estimates, proposals, and presentations
- Sell high-end residential design and build projects
- Collaborate with installation crews during construction
- Maintain long-term client relationships and generate repeat and referral work
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture
- At least 5 years of professional landscape design experience
- Proven ability to sell residential design and build projects
- Proficiency in hand drawing, AutoCAD, or Dynascape Software
- Experience with estimating and proposal development
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Excellent organization and follow-through
Preferred
- Experience with 3D modeling or rendering (SketchUp or similar)
- Landscape construction and project management experience
Compensation and Benefits
- Earnings between $75,000 - $130,000. Annual Salary monthly commission
