Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and skilled HVAC Technician to join our team! You will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and replacing a wide range of heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems. Your expertise will ensure optimal performance of building climate control systems and deliver exceptional service to our clients. Duties
- Repair, maintain and replace HVAC systems, including: ductwork, equipment, and controls.
- Perform routine maintenance on light commercial and residential heating and air conditioning systems to maximize efficiency and longevity.
- Diagnose electrical issues.
- Repair or replace faulty components including compressors, fans, motors, valves, thermostats, and electrical wiring.
- Read schematics and mechanical drawings to accurately identify system layouts and troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Conduct light plumbing work related to HVAC systems, such as condensate drain lines and water supply lines.
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs clearly and ensuring client satisfaction during service visits.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HVAC technician with some install/replacement experience preferred.
- Ability to interpret schematics, electrical diagrams and technical manuals accurately.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, electrical diagnostic equipment and specialized HVAC tools for equipment repair and installation.
- Knowledge of HVAC design principles along with experience in system installation and maintenance.
- Familiarity with plumbing related to HVAC applications.
- Valid EPA certification for refrigerant handling is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Pay: $28.00 - $40.00 per hour
