- Oversee daily office operations, including front desk management and administrative support
- Greet occasional visitors, and use professional phone etiquette
- Manage appointment scheduling, calendar coordination, and correspondence using Google Workspace tools
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks, including data entry, invoicing, billing, and payroll setup
- Handle clerical duties such as filing, proofreading documents, and organizing office supplies
- Support bookkeeping activities by tracking expenses, processing invoices, and preparing financial reports
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with effective time management skills
- Bilingual abilities are a plus
- Ability to organize and maintain organization
- Quick to problem solve and support the CEO
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
