Lincoln Pick-Up and Delivery DriverService Valet DriveJoin our team as a Service Valet Driver, where you'll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our customers. In this position, you will be responsible for efficiently managing vehicle logistics, ensuring that all vehicles are delivered and retrieved promptly and safely to and from customer locations. Job Responsibilities- Safely transport customer vehicles and service loaners to and from customers- Conduct visual inspections of vehicles before and after service for any damage.- Maintain the cleanliness of the service drive and parking areas.- Assist customers by retrieving their vehicles promptly upon service completion.- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing any customer inquiries or concerns.- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures while operating vehicles.- Coordinate with service advisors and technicians to ensure smooth workflow.- Track and document vehicle movements accurately for internal records.- Perform minor vehicle maintenance tasks, such as checking tire pressure and fluid levels.- Support the service department with additional tasks as needed.Job Requirements- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.- High school diploma or equivalent.- Minimum age of 21 or as required by state regulations.- Strong customer service skills.- Ability to operate both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.- Excellent communication skills.- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.- Physical ability to stand, walk, and run for extended periods.- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.- Reliable and punctual with strong time management skills.- Professional appearance and demeanor.- Previous valet or driving experience preferred but not required.PI36e35139d3b6-25405-37819640
