TC-HOA is seeking an experienced, forward-thinking HOA Division Director of Operations, to lead and grow our Homeowners Association management business. This is a senior leadership role designed for a proven HOA professional who thrives in building teams, scaling operations, and driving long-term growth.
About the Role
The HOA Director of Operations will oversee all aspects of HOA operations, lead and develop staff, strengthen client relationships, and play a key role in expanding TC-HOA’s portfolio. This position is ideal for a high-performing HOA leader who wants more than a job—and is motivated by growth, ownership mindset, and long-term partnership opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all HOA operations, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and exceptional service
- Directly manage and mentor HOA managers, support staff, and administrative teams
- Oversee budgets, financial reporting, reserve studies, and vendor relationships
- Ensure compliance with state statutes, governing documents, and industry best practices
- Drive business development, client retention, and portfolio growth
- Implement systems, processes, and performance standards to scale operations
- Serve as a senior leader within TC-HOA, contributing to strategic planning and growth initiatives
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing staff and all aspects of HOA management
- CMCA and/or PCAM certification required (PCAM strongly preferred)
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to build, manage, and motivate teams
- Strong financial acumen and operational expertise in HOA management
- Growth-oriented mindset with interest in long-term leadership and partnership
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $100,000 – $125,000 (commensurate with experience)
