We’re a 40 year established property management firm expanding our HOA division — and we’re looking for a closer, connector, and growth driver to help us scale.
This is not a traditional management role.
This is a business-building opportunity with a clear path to partnership.
What You’ll Do
- Win new HOA management contracts
- Build relationships with HOA boards, developers, and community leaders
- Attend industry events and position yourself as a market expert
- Present proposals and close deals
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of communities
- Collaborate directly with leadership on growth strategy
