Job Description
10 years of IT and business/industry work experience, with at least 5 years of experience in a leadership role and 3 years managing projects.
The candidate will require some PMO skills, Project Management and Budgeting experience and excellent writing and communication skills are required
A large company financial application background is required, and an understanding and development of high-quality and high-performance applications on a Microsoft technology stack is required. (.Net, SQLSERVER, etc…) An understanding of middle-ware concepts a plus as well as Business Continuity Planning and DR planning background a strong a plus
The candidate needs to understand Commercial Insurance and the Underwriting process. The candidate will need to support and work with datacenter personnel to troubleshoot and keep the applications running.
The candidate will needs to lead and mentor staff, and participate with an experienced, an energetic team on a rapid, agile development schedule.
Qualifications
Must have Microsoft stack development background (.NET/SQL Server)
Will be about 30% hands on
Must have some lead/architect experience
Manager will conduct phone interviews followed by in person interviews
Must have 10 years of overall IT experience
