About the Role – Commercial Roofer / Laborer
You will:
- Work outdoors in all elements (yes, you’ll get paid to get a tan!)
- Lift 50 lbs regularly, bend, climb, kneel—this job will keep you fit
- Be comfortable working at heights
- Follow job specifications and safety guidelines on the roof
Bonus if You Have:
- Knowledge of commercial roofing systems: BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC (but don’t worry—we will train you!)
- Experience in residential or commercial roofing or general construction
- A valid driver’s license
Working Conditions:
- Job site-based (field environment with exposure to heights, noise, weather)
- Physically demanding: standing, climbing, lifting
- Occasional travel
