Commercial Roofers/Laborers – Minot, ND

Starting Pay: $21-$30/hour DOE

Tecta America Dakotas is hiring Commercial Roofers/Laborers to join our Minot team. Whether you have roofing experience or are looking to start a career in the trades, we're willing to train dependable, hardworking individuals who are ready to learn.

What You'll Do

• Assist with the installation, repair, and maintenance of commercial roofing systems
• Work outdoors on active job sites
• Follow safety procedures and job specifications
• Lift 50 pounds and perform physically demanding work
• Climb ladders and work comfortably at heights

What We're Looking For

• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
• Commitment to safety
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions
• Construction or roofing experience is a plus, but not required
• Forklift, MEWP, or OSHA certifications are beneficial
• Valid driver's license with acceptable record preferred

Experience with TPO, EPDM, PVC, BUR, or Modified Bitumen roofing systems is helpful but not required. Candidates with experience in construction, residential roofing, or other skilled trades are encouraged to apply.
